北京人口规模的回顾与展望

摘 要：改革开放以来，北京人口高速膨胀。三次城市总体规划的人口规模预期指标，相继早早突破。人口规模指标滞后是整个城市规划滞后的重要原因。全国的城市化过程，全国人口总规模的继续增长，将推动北京人口继续增长。增长大体还要维持40年左右时间。控制北京人口规模首先要深化对北京发展规律的认识，对北京超强集聚力的认识。控制北京人口规模的主要途径是控制城市功能和进入北京的项目，加强区域协调。

Review and Outlook of Population Scale in Beijing

Abstract:The population of beijing has being expansioned rapidly since the Reform and opening up. The expected targets and indicators of population size in three city plans have been broken early. The scale of population lag behind in the whole city planning is the important reason. the urbanization processes, the total size of the population growth, will continue to push forward the population continued growth.lasting 40 years.. The first thing to control the scale is understand the rules of development and the strong gathered condition.the main way to control Beijing's population is to limit the size of urban functions and project in beijing and strengthen regional coordination.

 

农村社区化进程中的“被城市化”现象及对策分析

摘 要：“被城市化”是农村社区化进程中的“异化”现象，是地方政府传统发展观和经济发展模式惯性以及政绩思维习惯的结果，不仅损害了农民的利益，也衍生了一系列社会问题。农村社区化建设应该以坚持科学发展观为指导，掌握好节凑，立足于地方经济社会条件，在充分尊重农民意愿的基础上，加强政府引导，因地制宜、量力而行。

Analysis on the “ by-urbanization” phenomenon and its countermeasures in the process of the rural communities

Abstract:The“by-urbanization”,which is the “alienation” phenomenon in the process of the rural communities, is the results of the local government behavior,which including the traditional development concept , the inertia of the traditional economic development models ,and the habits of administrative achievement mind performance.All of these not only damaged the interests of farmers, but also derived a series of social problem. The construction of rural communities should uphold the guidunce of the scientific development view ,master the development compact, base on the local economic and social conditions, give full respect for the wishes of farmers, strengthen the government’s guidance, and estimate our ability and act accordingly.

城市创意产业支撑环境评价研究

摘要：创意产业的发展需要有利的城市外部环境作为支撑，而城市为创意产业提供了最基本的投入。通过对创意产业支撑环境单要素、多要素作用机理的分析，在此基础上提出创意产业的发展受城市基础环境、城市产业环境及城市制度环境三大支撑要素的影响和制约。提出了创意产业支撑环境的评价指标体系，并运用TOPSIS理论构建了相应的城市创意产业支撑环境评价模型。为城市抓住创意产业发展机遇，推动产业升级提供科学依据。

The Evaluation Research on Supporting Environment of Creative Industries

Abstract:The development of creative industries need a favorable external environment，cities provide the most basic inputs for creative industries. Through analyzing the mechanism of single factor and multifactor on creative industries supporting environment，we propose that the development of urban creative industries is affected by three supporting factors such as urban base environment, urban industry environment and urban institutional environment. This paper proposes an valuation index system of creative industries supporting environment， and constructs an evaluation model with TOPSIS theory. It provides a scientific evidence for urban to grasp the opportunities to develop creative industries and promote upgrading of the industries.

国外慢城的发展情况及对中国城市发展的启示

摘 要：慢城是近十一年来从欧洲兴起的一种新的城市模式，目前已在全球形成一个国际性的城市网络——国际慢城协会，在国外已拥有一批典型的慢城，而中国在慢城的理论和建设方面还相对空白。本文对西方慢城及慢城运动进行一个全面系统的介绍，列举一些成功的案例，并针对中国城市发展现状提出了几点启示。

The Development of Slow City Abroad and Its Inspiration for Domestic Urban Development

Abstract: Slow City is a new urban model that originated in Italy less than a decade ago, and has formed an international global network of cities - International Association of Citta`Slow . There has been a set of typical slow cities abroad. However, in China, it is relatively blank in the theory and city construction of slow cities. The paper deeply introduces slow city and slow city movement abroad, and selects several representative slow cities in various countries of Europe, and proposes some enlightenment for the urban development of China．

城市公共信息引导服务初探

摘要：在城市规模日趋扩大、城市结构日趋复杂的现实情况下，通过高水平的公共信息引导服务来引导人的行为以及资源的流动，是维护城市运转秩序、提高城市运行效率的有效途径。本文对公共信息服务引导服务的概念、标准、现存问题以及今后的努力方向等问题进行了探讨。

On the Public Information Guidance of Cities

Abstract:Modern cities are becoming increasingly complex. Whether or not residents and visitors can efficiently utilize city resources depends heavily on the quantity and quality of guidance information provided by the city. The authors will seek to explain the definition and significance of guidance information to a city. Based on their observations in Beijing, the authors will also analyze existing problems of city information guidance and will propose major steps to improve it.
